About Peggy

You could say that real estate is in Peggys blood.  As a fourth generation Washingtonian whose well known family has been actively involved in the District real estate community for over 60 years, Peggy has continued the family practice.  If youve lived in Montgomery County or in Washington, DC, then youve seen her numerous "Sold" signs featuring her distinctive "Speaker of the House" logo.

Peggy began her real estate career with Long & Foster in 1987 and by 1989 had achieved ranking as one of their top agents.  She has been the Number One Top Producer in one of the highest producing Long and Foster offices, "Chevy Chase Circle".  It is only natural that she is acts as the Assistant Manager of the office.  She is never too busy to give back:  she mentors new agents, has taught numerous training classes, has sat on many real estate discussion panels, and has been quoted in the Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine. She has also been featured as a real estate expert on a local radio talk show. In addition, in 1999 Peggy was elected President of the prestigious Long & Foster, Gold Team.

As a 20-year veteran, Peggy is a highly-experienced real estate professional who has earned her Associate Brokers designation in both Maryland and the Distict.   She is a positive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual who believes strongly in her advocacy role for her buyers and sellers.  Her negotiation skills are impeccable and her business is driven by the many referrals she receives from satisfied clients.

In addition to her extraordinary resume, she plays an active role in her community and church.  Peggy loves cooking, traveling to exotic locations with her husband, reading, horseback riding and hiking.
