About Cindy

Born and raised in Washington DC, I am a fourth generation Washingtonian. I am one of five children of Peggy and Stanley Holland. The family has been in real estate for the last 50 years. I reside in Kensington, Maryland and enjoy the proximity to the District.

I am a full time REALTOR® working in Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers. As a certified e-Pro, I am able to use the latest technology to meet your real estate needs. I have also completed the GRI designation for extended education as a Realtor. I have built a reputation for client satisfaction, and I am devoted to making your move as easy as possible.

In addition, I was made a Gold Team member of Long and Foster after just one year in business and now rank in the top 1%! I have the coveted real estate education designation of CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) which only an elite group (4%) of Realtors have!

As a firm believer that everyone deserves to own their own home, I donate 1% of my gross commissions each year to the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity

I have lived in Connecticut, Atlanta, and Minneapolis so I know what it is like to move and start all over again in a new city. My previous career involved running a large purchasing department which bought books for retail chain of stores, hence my love of reading. I enjoy walking & biking and have a very special animal in my life, my West Highland terrier named Duffy. My favorite hobbies are my family and dog, reading, biking, my church and of course, Real Estate.

Today I own a home in the town of Kensington, Maryland close to the metro and the Marc train.
